Well maybe you are getting more caffeine. One cup of coffee usually has about a tablespoon worth of coffee grounds. You might have eaten more than that, and also in a cup of coffee, not all the caffeine is extracted from the grounds. So just one tablespoon of coffee grounds would give you more caffeine than a cup of coffee made from a tablespoon of coffee grounds
