I've been reading a lot on here about edging boosting Test and I want to know if I should as I'm currently on NoFap but if edging boosts test then I'm all in. but I've heard that if you edge without ejaculation it can fuck your balls up is that true?

Splitting wood, doing sprints and compound movements have better chances to raise T than edging. It will just gives you blue balls/high blood pressure in the balls it will start to hurt
