Yes, there are a ton of studies done and anecdotes on it as well on reddit. There is also a pharmaceutical drug in clinical trials using a kanan extract for PE.

You need high-quality kanna, though selectively bred. I tried a cheap brand and it didn't work at all.

The fact that it is extremely fast acting to is a godsend both sublingually and snorting it.

You use it as needed, not daily, its non toxic to organs even at higher than normal doses. Also there is no need to use high doses, it doesnt work better with more.

Depends if snorting or sublingual, also depends on what strain some are stronger than others. I use MT55 from healing herbals sublingually at 25mg, but they have other ones at lower mgs that are stronger that I like to.
