Does epicanthus disfigure me a lot?

Does my slight reverse epicanthus detract from my attractiveness much, or is it barely noticeable? And the second question is, how can I remove this?

no it's noticeable, and it's not worth removing. i had to look up what you were even talking about. even telling from these photos, i can tell you have high bf%. focus on that first before obsessing little things that don't matter. trust me, it's going to outweigh any small flaws
