I know this question has probably been asked a hundred times already but i heard 50/50s from this community and i need to know if its actually true. I bone smash my chin sometimes for fun and i heard some people that do it claim it works like ehren and he had one of the best ascensions imo. So does it actually work and if yes where should you do it and how much?

Not based on the retarded theories that are usually peddled here. If you look at the "muh mma fighter" faces the reason there is projection in areas wherein damage has been incurred is because of soft tissue damage and fibroblast recruitment in those areas.

So in so far as that's concerned, it can yield projection, but keep in mind; the very object of analogy here is braindead retarded MMA fighters, which is what you'll turn out like if you repeatedly smash your zygos in.

Potentially could build scar tissue
fuck i was bonesmashing my chin hard while waiting for replies cuz i was impatient and the first replies said it worked. Could i have damaged the bone/weakened it? Can it heal back to its regular structure?

??? Brotato that’s not what I meant.
Your bones will be fine if damaged at all just don’t hit yourself again.

I don't know if it really works, but I feel like my jaw and cheekbones have gained volume, and even when I stop using it, the volume remains. So I would say yes, it works.
