Does EPOs cause bone growth?

Nope, Erythropoietin (EPO) is a hormone for your kidneys, its main purpose is to stimulate bone marrow to produce red blood cells and increase oxygen capacity in the blood.
People confuse it and think it would grow bones since it works around bones and bone marrow, but that’s just simply wrong.

In rare lab or animal studies, EPO showed minor effects on bone remodeling, not bone lengthening or height increase. Some people may notice better endurance or recovery, but not skeletal change

ai cuz I know basic facts about something as common and widely known as EPO? Literally easy to understand and even guess that it wouldn’t effect bone growth if its main purpose lies in the bone marrow and blood, which I was taught in school and researched myself

i was talking about writing style, not your knowledge.
