Mental illness is just what naturally happens when you don’t look the right way. How could you not have social anxiety and depression when no one is happy to see you or interact with you?

I might be paranoid for thinking everyone’s trying to demean me and my friends don’t like me but is that actually a mental illness if it’s true? Or is it just observing reality correctly? That’s all mental illness is most the time, having a shitty reality and not being in denial about it. No amount of therapy is gonna change the way people react to you
