Does exceptional bone structure account little to the attractiveness of a person?

I say this cause living in India, I have seen a lot of people with exceptional bone structure (tall ramus, great forward growth with long long mandible body, pronounced cheekbones, strong orbitals). Maybe the only department they are slightly behind in is colouring, but they don't look like models/actors. I feel colouring is not so relevant since we have Sendhil Ramamurthy and other African models too. Are Caucasian features and colouring enough to make the difference or there's more?

Interestingly, those guys that I have seen with exceptional bone structure mostly have good ratios, the nose isn't too big, mouth width is fine, eyes are properly spaced out, harmonious hairline on average (only sometimes I have seen them with thinning hair and high hairline). These are the working class I am talking about, the daily wage earners or manual labours in India, they have exceptional bone structure, but somehow don't really come to lime light cause of dull colouring and India being a colouring obsessed country, makes them even more of an outcast when it comes to 'beauty', as per Indians these are these are "chads" cause of their lighter than average colouring -

Not really in my opinion, he, believe it or not has an exotic halo to all western women who don't have preconceptions regarding Indians, plus he looks good(women will know if the guy has a great jawline and facial definition), plus he has movie star status halo and is loaded.
