Does eye area frauding actually work?

I have very feminine looking eyes. Do methods like squinching and UUDD (no I'm not a tiktokcel) work for frauding your eye area?

I know that this definitely won't change shit, but can I at least hold the posture temporarily (like jutting) to reduce UEE and get more masc eyes or would I look like a TB patient?

If there is a guide on this, please link it. It'll really help.

IRL? Doubt you'd be able to maintain your unnatural eye posture all the time so it's useless.
