Im ngl maybe its js me but i barely notice eye color irl or js in general unless its very striking

no not that much, it matters much less than people think. its all about contrast they can give contrast but its not necessary since light skin + dark hair = contrast or tan skin + light hair = contrast regardless of eye color. contrast is important but at the end of the day its good bones that make someone attractive not eye color.

Does it matter? Sure.
But in the grand scheme of things it ranks quite low on how much it matters.

People just see some Chad or Stacy that doesn't have light eyes and they are like "they'd look so much better with blue eyes".
In reality, if that Chad/Stacy had blue eyes, but had a weak chin or were a bit recessed, they'd look worse for example.

Same applies even when talking about just about the eye area. Eye color by itself won't save someone with negative canthal tilt, wide-spaced eyes, no eyelashes, big bulbous eyes, terrible eyebrows, or lack of good bones around the eye etc.
