When I'm out in the city, mall or gym so not places designed for meeting people, I notice some girls looking after me or making eye contact.

And I know it's not just a regular looking at strangers because the better I look the more often it happens, and it didn't happen before.

Just the other day, some 2 girls were going in my direction, they were talking but as they got close to me they stopped talking, after I passed them they looked at each other and started giggling.

Now my question is, should I just be happy this happens and wait until I'm some Chad and girl approach me or should I be approaching them?

Well they don't really look for a long time since it usually happens when I'm just walking by, but it happens in the gym though

I did cold approach when I was younger but rejection usually convinces me I shouldn't
