does face fat increase byzomatic width?

as you guys can see the buccal fat pad covers the entire portion of your cheek and arrives on the temple, does more bf actually increase your byzomatic width? This could actually influence your esr ratio, fwhr ratio ecc...

No face fat wouldn't increase your zygomatic width. The fat actually doesn't sit on the bone, it sits on top or below the bones, pic is wrong. Fat adds soft-tissue volume but shit cannot lengthen or widen your zygos structure, it just would make your face look more fatter that's all

how come my esr changed a little bit after putting on a couple kgs

Thats not true tho fat does in fact store in your zygomatic area you can look up any fat person youll see that their ipd is almost always close because of the fat storage
