yes. But it will take months for a few mms and you need MSE to weaken the maxillary sutures. And of course, ideally you need a bone anchored facemask, not tooth anchored. This 19 yo woman gained only 1.7mm of forward growth in 18 months of wearing a teeth anchored facemask for 14 hours a day. The pulling force was 500gm. You could go up to 1-2KG Iirc from what I read on this website. Can't bother to read carefully the study now but I don't think she got mse too though

does bone anchored facemask requires surgical assist ?

yes i'm definitely getting it with MSE , and maybe you can get a bigger amount of forward growth by supplementing vitamins (k2 mk4 + d3 ) and possibly mk677 ?

yes it does. unless you know someone to mount the plates inside your mouth.

I think supplementing those will help after your sutures have opened, but I have no idea how much. I miss lookism dot net, there was a great thread of a guy who got mse and facemask and gave so much valuable info. I should have saved everything in that thread when I still could.
