If we consider it so, then any forward pressure gives overbite. I asked the question "Does the mandiable follow the maxilla" and I was told yes. But the maxilla is only indirectly connected to the lower jaw. And when we apply forward pressure to the maxilla, we tear the suture, but in no way affect the forward development of the lower jaw.

But there is another side to the coin. Unlike thumb pulling, with facepulling we maintain pressure with the lower jaw, so theoretically we get full forward growth.

temporomandibular joint
the mandible obviously won't follow in a perfect 1:1 ratio but it'll move forwards, especially if you're still under 20

cope nigger

Your lower jaw is always gonna move forward if you use a facemask if your jaws are recessed. But the forward growth you get isn’t actual bone growth it’s your TMJ moving forward. So if you don’t want an overbite, don’t get the facemask

Facepulling è un modo per farti venire un morso profondo e un'articolazione temporo-mandibolare, non fare quella merda, prenditi un bimax/genpoletano
anche io napoletano cel
