does fasting really cause the risk of gallstones

ive done multiple 2 day water fasts already and somehow never contracted them, saw ppl on reddit sharing their stories on how they got gallstones during fasting, is it really true or cope

Depends on how you fast, drink a shit ton of water/electrolytes avoid soda and alc and eat fiber
