Does fat affect nose shape?

It does in my opinion, if you have 30, 40, 50kg+ of extra fat. Because increased body fat also increases the amount your fat pads hold above your lips and on the inner sides of your cheeks, it 'pulls' the nose further apart and it looks uglier and more bulbous.

Not all slim people have slim noses, but people with 'fat' noses' are just sometimes fat, it has nothing to do with the nose shape itself.

Fat loss wont affect the upper nasal ridge shape of course, that is genetic.

Then is that lens d? I honestly think it depends on race some Caucasians get a fatter nose due to more fat storedr in the fat pads near the nose make it look more bulbous/ masking nose bridge
