My low IQ but ultimately water take:

If the issue is just soft tissue with no bone deficiency, fat grafting is obviously better
If the issue is a mild bone deficiency it's competitive
If the issue is a moderate or major bone deficiency implants would be better

This is for the under eyes, for UEE I have no doubt fat grafting is better

He never had cantho only lateral pexy. Fat grafting if done very well and with a extreme amount it can give lower eyelid retraction I think.

The guy on the last pic got ptosisrepair + catnhopexy in combination of fat-graft. Is not really a good reference point since the aforementioned are really strong soft tissue procedures for the right patient.

It's a status thing. Ascending via surgery means higher status in the community. Paying for surgery and not ascending is embarassing and you are seen as a failure

Depends.
As an example I got Small Jaw implants paired with a minimal bimax illegaly, fat grafting wouldnt have made Sense obv, on the eyes it makes quit much Sense al though I am getting zygo implants paired with Orbital rim implants soon, I am kinda thinking of fat grafting on uppereyelids or mby Even on my hole eyes but thats a worry for the Future I will start with diy ped threads(or how the name was)
And then diy browridge botox then 3rd diy Session of Lemon Bottle and at the end myb fat grafting on eyes
