Maybe not longer by much at least, but rather gives the illusion of it being larger than it is. Same goes for any fat that makes your mouth droopy.

For a short term, maybe a month, the extra fat stretches the skin and makes the fattie look younger. Then the skin attains a new equilibrium and the fattie then look his baseline age again. The reverse is also true, after the fattie looses weight he has more wrinkles and looks older for awhile, somewhere from a month to years depending upon how much weight he lost.
