Does filler on bone migrate?

Was thinking of getting filler on the pyriform bone to fix nasal fold on just the left side.

I’m wondering if it migrates or there is any other side effects?

should be fine if its on the bone, still a chance it can migrate just lower chance if its on bone.

Okay was also thinking of just using very little. So maybe that reduces the risk even more?
