eat less calories but keep protein at .8g/lb

If you ever get fat you’ll have to lose both muscle and fat luckily having muscle will ensure you’re never skinny fat

Lifting weights honestly with a good diet will burn more fat over time and you will still be able to keep muscle. Cardio will burn more during a same time period session of weightlifting but with weightlifting your metabolism will be increased much longer. You can incorporate cardio into your weightlifting by doing high reps with less weight.

More lean mass means higher metabolism. So it will be harder to gain fat if you have more muscle
