does genioplasty make sense for me?

Im very grey when it comes to surgeries in general, but i looked into it the last couple of days and wanna hear the opinion of people who are knowledgeable about this stuff.

some of my biggest failos are lower third proportions (facial thirds in general), too acute gonial angle (ik sounds crazy), and also my chin is very prominent (fucks up my facial convexity). also my mentolabial fold is pretty noticeable aswell.
So obviously having my chin move down a bit would fix/better all of those failos I assume.

is this even possible with genio or do I need to consider different surgeries?
am I spewing nonsense rn or am I actually a genioplasty candidate?

A genio can create vertical projection, but it will leave a step off. A chin wing with chin shaving might be the move.

surgery would be worth it, but it would be so specific that I wouldnt risk it with that face. and im really about pushing things to the limit. the roi compared to the potential downside even with a good surgeon, is just not there

But yeah to improve that he'd need bimax CW+vertical genio. Would be interesting to see a scan, theres prolly a small overbite there as well

yeah. money, time, potential nerve damage. ur case is not bad enough imo. But its down to you. If u really care about looks and strive for the best then sure.
