idk i got my wisdom teeth taken out 11 days ago and the recovery process alone should convince you not to do it unless it's absolutely medically necessary
a lot of dentists tell you to take them out just because they want a quick money but ask for xrays and make sure they are actually impacted

from my experience, I had all 4 wisdom teeth removed recently at age 15, I did not see any recession ocurring, but what I did notice was a minor gonion reduction, possibly because of my wisdom teeth growing outwards and pushing my gonions outwards.Some guys were telling me that wisdom teeth removal is shit for your jaw, are they serious

Has swelling gone to zero since the operation? Can I get some more info on the recovery process? My ortho says I should get them removed in like a year but I feel like I’m way too young for the operation and I don’t want to lose jaw mass

it hurts so fucking bad you have to stay on time with the pain killers they give you which is hard if your sleeping
you genuinely can't eat anything enjoyable for a week only mushy soft food which is arguably worse than the pain
and you have to be very careful not to cause suction or it gives you excruciating condition called dry socket
that shit still hurts it's day 11, i take some of my moms ibuprofen 800mg prescription to make it go away
keep in mind my wisdom teeth where causing me absolutely no pain before i got them out
