i regret it my dentist said if i break the bottom one one more time my treatment gets cancelled kind of hoping thats what happens, also to prep for top braces he put this plastic jewish shit on the top of my mouth so i cant mew and i have no room in my mouth

I had mine removed over one year ago at 18. I haven’t descended, I don’t see anything different with my face structurally. Not sure if it’s a coincidence and I’m just aging, but my face is super lean compared to when I had them in and I’ve heard others say it’s a side effect. I had a lot of facial fat throughout high school (while skinny) and now my face is lean and cheekbones are prominent af. I did start working out, but nothing consistent or high intensity.

Yeah they just bloat your face when they aren’t fullly grown but now you will slowly start to lose forward growth and get a narrower palate and that shit will probably leave you with a loss of height because you will always have a fucked up posture and Knock knees
