So it is usually added with a brow ridge implant ? And is there any chance you guys could do it under the same site as a bimax and not the foreheadyes, usually part of a bigger implant but we added radix projection here and many other cases

Radix isn’t a brow implant and surgeons add them through the nose I believeI can’t imagine adding a brow implant through the bimax area

No it is done through either a coronal more mini-coronal, or open rhinoplasty approach. So it is usually added with a brow ridge implant ? And is there any chance you guys could do it under the same site as a bimax and not the forehead
Yes, obviously. Is that a real patient?

Thanks for the clarification, This might be a stupid question but do you guys do celebrity look alike surgerysNo it is done through either a coronal more mini-coronal, or open rhinoplasty approach.
If a rhinoplasty is taking place, then the problem will be addressed with cartilage graft, not implants.
We combine rhino with bimax regularly in IST.
Yes, obviously.
Using my implants and picture taken by me.
Brow implants (from me, anyway) often have a radix implant built on.
Stand alone radix implants could be done but I choose not to, might as well do cartilage graft in rhinoplasty.
Unless coronal is being done for some other reason already, it is hard to justify that approach just to place a small radix implant, and it is also hard to justify an open rhinoplasty approach without actually performing a true rhinoplasty.
