Does ginkgo biloba close your growth plates faster? I read ginkgo contains phytoestrogens such as kaempferol, quercetin, and isorhamnetin.

Don't know about that but it caused heart arrhythmia for me, so was a shitty supplement for me.

Apparently it can improve memory function which is why I want to take it because I have exams soon.

There are other nootropics that don't have phytoestrogens.
Plus exams are for 1 time.

This dosent mean u should ruin ur exams,just look for alternatives
