does going out in the sun for 7+ hours actually increase the chance of you getting skin cancer?

uv damages dna, causing mutations and cancer
but what i dont get is ancient people probably stayed in the sun for more than 7 hours a day and they had way lower cancer rates

i guess its dependent on your ancestry. if your family has been in iceland or some shit since forever and you come live in Egypt and get baked you're going to get skin cancer.

The sun contains infrared and red rays that have a restorative and anti-inflammatory effect

Mother Nature knows what she is doing

yes, but they still didnt live long enough to see as much cancer as we do today
ye but even if you look at modern humans today from ages 1-30 they have way higher cancer rates

It will burn you and you'll be in pain, darker and wrinkly.

You won't get cancer.

No, it's Jewish lies trying to stop you from raising test levels. Same thing with that cancerous as sun screen.

are you stupid or are you just ignorant?

thats why africans turned fucking black...

hotter the climate caused by more intense sun = more melanin!

they were charred black.

I went to my home country, everyone looked my skin tone, but then i went to a place where they actually stayed out in the sun (same pheno, dna (relative) and everything as me), they are all black.

science:
early humans were darker, and simply didnt live long enough for it to be a problem.
being pale was a new mutation that allowed people by the poles (europeans and such) to synthesize vitamin d from the sun in low uv places. thats why places with the highest skin cancer rates are places europeans migrated to (Southern US and Australia), due to them entering a place with high uv when being used to low uv.

not a problem for africans, arabs (some levants & most arabs, 40% of asians (southeast and indians), who live in high uv areas, but a problem for whites.

its litterally just fucking science

prob from jew goyslop
unironically diet (highly processed) is a major contributing factor to the higher skin cancer and overall cancer rates vs those in the Mediterranean and early humans. you simply can not test every chemical additive in food for carcinogens because most of them are unknown carcinogens or have flew under the radar.
