I wld stay away from it try and find better things to do like go to gym or studymaxx and go to sleep earlier (temptation thrives at night)

2-3 times a week is fine, major reason why fapping is often confused with height growth is because “gooners goon at night” thereby disturbing their sleep cycle and ultimately hgh secretion thus stunting height , on the other hand acne can be due to fapping as it causes sweat thereby clogging pores , it has nothing to with hormones
