Acne is due to excessive sebum production neither diet or jacking off has hardly any effect on this, just all copes-based in majority of cases imo. Any time I heard stuff like this it was from a person that still had acne, so obviously didn't even work for them lol. Address the root cause and you can jack off however much you want.
