Yes the gums may have assymetrical height/coverage of teeth and that's an oral hygiene problem.
they might also appear uneven due to your teeth being maloccluded.

in the first case you need to visit a dentist and better your oral care. gums can grow back no problemo.
second case just mew, pull + thumbpull and maybe get braces.

either way this'll take some months to see results. good luck

jaw asymmetry

so your jaws have one side ramus longer& other shorter?

or are your jaws generally more developed on one side?

either case it should have been caused from assymetric chewing earlier on
the best thing you can do rn is:
  • identify which side is less developed and chew primarily on that side for a bit (few months) to develop musculature in the face evenly and stimulate bone growth in that side
  • mew and thumbpull to maintain/nudge facial development and also widen dental arch (if your teeth are maloccluded)
  • be vigilant and test+develop new methods for yourself that work.
important: don't overchew/overdo any softcore method. if cracks when pulling stop. if tmjd after chewing then slow tf down.

if after a year its still brutal you may consider jaw surgery but that's on the extreme case and i don't recommend other than for functional purposes. idk what your case exactly is but this should help
