What if you are skinny fat with little muscle mass and you eat chicken, beef and beans all day. Same shit every day and then sit on your ass at work. No deviation from the daily routine. Does it matter since nothing is going to make me Chad anyway. Even a billion dollars will still render me a sub 5 curry.

Thoughts ?

Just wasting time if you don’t have proper diet lack sleep and bad technique

Both with and without, I dont see a point. Nothing really helps. Cant escape spawn point character creation menu. Its baked in by nature

You need to be training to failure and you need to be eating in a 300-500 calorie deficit for about 12 weeks and you will see results. It sounds that you're one of those dudes that sits on the leg extension machine for 30 minutes while browsing TikTok and barely doing any sets.

I need to go to gym I have chicken arms also my posture is kinda fucked tho it feels good to know just fixing posture take me to around 6. Besides surgery is surely soemthingg I need to live a functional life as I have open bite. I can comfortably push my PSL rating to mmtn-Hmtn also that's pretty much enough to have a pretty chick here it ain't west
