Does hair quality matter that much?

Obviously theres a huge difference between a bald or balding guy and a guy with a full head of hair, but as for comparing guys who both aren't balding, how much does the actual texture or quality of the hair matter?

It can be a halo in some cases but not having perfect hair won’t hurt you as long as you aren’t bald/balding and don’t have some super clowny hairstyle like a bowl cut

its like being white with terrible skin quality.
sure ur not at a disadvantage due to colouring (in the case of hair, like you said, you're not bald) but it doenst change the fact that a white person with acne still looks like shit
