I haven't tried it yet i just turned 15, I bought a hammer with a big thumb not too long ago, and i want to try hammer pulling since my maxilla is pretty flat, but before I do wanna hear from anyone who has tried hammer pulling and see if they got results from it and how long it takes to see results, even if it doesn't give the best results im going to still do it since im desperate and too broke for marpe
