Does having grow pains automatically mean you are growing?

I am 16 1/2 and i think i stopped growing a year by now. But recently i have these growing pain. Dome doc said when i was 10 i would become 6ft3 (now 6ft2) Is there still a chance? because i am pretty sure i stopped growing a long time ago

Yes OP I was 6'2" at 16 I'm 19 now and slowed down to 6'3.5"

I had growing pains my entire childhood in my legs it often hurt so bad I would cry as a kid and couldn't get any sleep.

So yes. It should feel like a weird deep and constant pain in the middle of your legs if it's growing pains.
