Does having sunken lower orbital rim mean you have recessed upper maxilla or just bad fat pads

i am taking pics and mesuraing myself ( ND i know) to knwo if i have good genes and i noticed that i have bad lower orbital rims causing me to have dark circles, i know that its related to upper maxillary recesion but below my orbital rims quite foward , so i am asking if i am coping or do i have just bad fat pads, i also have a recessed chin too

recessed chin and recessed infra's are all signs of bad maxilla development, you need maxillary surgery like le fort 1 to fix this. might have to make it a bimax for the bsso surgery thats included and a extra genio ofcourse
