Only ur mandible changes after 16 and thats not even that significant
He prob got leaner

Yep, I’ve lost some amount of buccal fat in these last years. Noticeable difference in my face when I was 18yo and now at 21. Lifefuel maybe one day I’ll have mogger zygos like you lmao
