Does HGH help with bones?

I’m almost 16, 178cm and hopping on hgh soon (injections). I was wondering, does it truly help with bone density, deep set eyes and all that or just height? And also am I missing anything else?

Why would HGH give you certain features? I thought it grows everything equally, it doesnt only target androgenic features since its not a sex hormone
