I think so because men’s hair is wavier than women’s on average. Also East Asian guys have straight hair and they’re the least masculine

Androgens does make hair curlier. I had very straight hair as a kid, then after puberty it is now quite wavy
However another cause of hair getting curlier can also be male pattern baldness (as hair follicles get weaker they start to curl and frizz)
