I usually do some calisthenics exercises without any equipment 4/5 times a week (trying to build some muscles and get lean) and recently I started doing some HIIT exercises at the end of my training (mainly sprinting and burpees), because I read that it stimulates growth hormone production. But for now I haven't noticed any change in my height. Am I doing it wrong or there is something that I need to do in order for it to work? Please give me some tips. I'm 16 and 5'8 barefoot.

It can help little bit. Continue to do it but dont expect reaching 6'5 because of HIIT.

No it does nothing at all, the growth hormone that is released is just due to stress since the body has to repair itself, just like how testosterone increases when working out, it’s only used for muscle repair, it does not induce dimorphism just like the growth hormone from intensity training won’t make you grow.
