Does how you look whilst farting or pooping affect your PSL rating?

Just been looking around the site for a bit, and a thought came across my mind. Does your PSL rating get affected when pooping or farting? Like imagine you're Kaden Stowers for example, do you think he'd be better looking while pooping?
