basically your eyes should look behind the brow ridge. that means good brow ridge definition is needed

No, that's hooded eyes.
I'm not sure hunter eyes has a 100% definition but imo, they're horizontally wide, vertically narrow, low set horizontally long eyebrows, good undereye support, at least average browridge, minimal/no upper eyelid exposure and neutral/slightly positive canthal tilt.
They're basically just the most masculine/dimorphic eyes you can have because they're the opposite of female eyes.
Hunter eyes/masculine
Prey eyes (cuck tier on a male) feminine
