Does Hydrocortisone work in reducing a dorsal hump?

Ive heard that it would thin the skin around the nose and may even make the dorsa more visible so idk if i should even be using hydrocortisone and if it would help in this case. kinda like this baddie's side profile.

No, but instead it will make the hump look worse while also risking permanent skin damage. As you can see in the image attached here, a dorsal hump is composed of underlying bone and cartilage. Topical corticosteroids like hydrocortisone act on inflammatory processes in the superficial layers of the skin and have zero effect on hard bone or structural cartilage.
If you use hydrocortisone unnecessarily, it induces skin thinning (atrophy), which makes the dorsal hump look even sharper, larger and more defined.
And you could also get localized acne breakouts, broken blood vessels and rebound erythema as side effects.

No it would not help cuz hydrocortisone only reduces inflammation not cartilage
