I got these disgusting lines under my eyes that just wont go away, just started trying to get rid of em does icing help or something else?

i have trash knowledge of this rn but a quick read js shows me that it turns ur white fat cells into brown fat cells and that the effects are only temporary, other words its not gonna work.

You said it yourself, "your skin turns red", that is in response to vasoconstriction and vasodilation when the ice is removed, these two processes translate into oxygenation, improving blood circulation which in the long term reduces inflammation.

Are you talking about your Dennie Morgan lines? If so they're genetic and permanent

Icing your face helps it in the way that you think it will help it, causing you to be more confidence and causing you to perceive yourself as more attractive, but in reality it does next to nothing.
