Does improving infraorbitals increase perceived IPD?

This cunt had a modified lefort 3 (breaking and moving infraorbitals forward), pre-operatively his eye area looks similar to mine with the autistic deep set eye appearance deathstare. In the after, his eyes look a lot more engaging and more normal along with increased IPD.

Does advancing the infraorbital via osteotomy or implant increase the perceived IPD?

It looks more like his ESR improved than his IPD. There’s too many confounding factors to say for sure - I think he got fatter too.
