Will it actually give me forward growth with open sutures? I've already had 8mm palatal expansion and currently undergoing braces. If that can't give me forward growth than how can I ask my orthodontist if he can do anything to give me forward growth

with marpe? and how old are you depends on multiple factors, Palate expanders only expand side to side not forward and if they do its like every 6mm expanded that is skeletal, is 0.5mm forward growth skeletal, with 1mm of soft tissue, Forward growth can happen with a face mask during marpe which u can ask ur ortho for.

No marpe, just a rapid palatal expander with no surgery. I've already done all the palatal expansion now I'm getting braces (2 months ago on my upper arcade, next week on my lower arcade). But I know that a delaire max pushes your maxilla forward at the cost of recessing your jaw

No.
It can only Increase masseter and pterygoid activity, Slightly improve mandibular posture or jaw definition,Help maintain results of expansion. But it can’t give you any forward growth.
