Does increasing the medial canthus fuck up the ES ratio?

It will not alter the ESR as that is dependant solely on IPD and Bizygomatic width, it will decrease your intercanthal distance which could fuck up the one eye apart ratio, and also your nose width to ICD ratio

For measuring ratios properly take pics from a few meters away, either with a tripod or in front of a mirror, look straight in the cam not tilting your head up or down
Regardless judging intuitively from this a more downswung medial shouldn't make your ICD a failo

wont affect your ESR since ESR = IPD/bizygo but might ruin your eye spacing, ideally your eyes should be an eye length apart

It won’t affect important ratios at all. ES is about the pupils and they won’t move.

Eye spacing is dependent on maxilla width, not orbital shape.

Not your esr, but your icd. If your eyes are already close to one eye apart, then it will make your icd more narrow looking.
