Does infra implant structurally support the eye shape? (HIGH IQcels)

I understand that it will 100% fix hollowness.

But will it make up for missing under eye support? Some people may have a bit rounded eyes from lack of support, can a tear trough implant provide a more almond shape to the eye?

Adding tissue there by fat grafting, or plain ol' filler.
