kid u wont just magically grow bones after one night, proper facial growth is a product of many different processes and doesn't just belong to testosterone.

it could but it could not lol .if it does ten over a very long time
 
not to the point where changes will be significant enough, if you want to genuinely alter your facial bones after puberty only surgery is the viable option
