Does intermittent fasting cause weight loss too fast?

I prefer to do hardcore dieting for a week or two or 3 and drop like 5% fast.

is this bad? Rapid weight loss is bad? Or is this Broscience

Most of the initial weight loss should be water

Also when it comes to hardcore diets unless you are overweight there is a limit how much fat your body uses,so you might start burning muscles.

Your fat contains toxins, if you loose too much fat too rapidly a lot of toxins will enter your oganism at the same time.
It can be damaging to organs and eventually if your body can't get rid of those toxins it will store them back into fat right when you start having a normal lifestyle again.
That's why you see fat people becoming fat again after being on a hard diet

Losing so much fat in a short periot of time isn't healthy and you will gain it back in a short time.

I m trying to lose weight too.

Here are 3 things i m currently doing:

•I intermittent fast for 18 hours (first meal at 12.00 last meal at 18.00)

•I drink 3 lt of water everyday

•I walk before first meal (currently i m walking 7.000 steps)

- How do you cope with hunger after your last meal? I feel most hungry in the evening/night tbh, I can quite easily not eat until 3pm but only eating until 6pm or 8pm is way harder for me.
- Does walking help?

7000 was minimum point , i used to walk more than that.
Then i edited it all and here is the result, now 10k is fixed point;

Yes, it's great. Everyone should walk everyday.

Rote willpower and drinks like coffee.

save some room for chocolate after ur last meal
youd sleep far better
