If you are obese chances are you were on multiple weight loss regiments at some points in your life. You may have tried keto, low fat, going vegan, prolonged fasting, intermittent fasting, alternate-day-fasting but nothing seems to work or any success you've had was very short lived.
(You might also be a metabolically healthy individual who's looking to shed a few pounds. This will also work just as well as it would if you were obese.)

If this is the case then the answer might be extreme protein restriction.

Fitfags tell you to eat all the protein and cut out the carbs, or watch your calories but eat a lot of protein. But what you really should be doing is cutting out ALL the protein (<1%) and eating all the carbs.
Why? First of all, protein is literally making you fatter, especially if you are a metabolically impaired individual (obese), consuming BCAAs in excess just makes you put on more and more blubber. (If you were lean you'd put on muscle if you consumed BCAAs in excess but you aren't.) Second of all cutting out protein means you cut out essential amino acids, like cysteine, methionine etc, this causes the body to activate the production of FGF21 hormone which kicks your metabolism into another gear (more calories out), It also increases the production of GDF15 which has similar effects to GLP1 (appetite suppression) making you eat less. Restricting protein was also shown to tank your insulin, improving your insulin sensitivity and improving your reception of FGF21 and GDF15 making them more effective. (Insulin resistance blunts the effects of both hormones.)

A study in rats showed that cysteine deficiency (from extreme protein restriction) caused a 20% reduction in body weight in 2 days and a 30% reduction in a week.

In summary, our investigation highlights that cysteine restriction, by depleting GSH and CoA, exerts a maximal impact on weight loss, metabolism, and stress signaling compared to other amino acid restrictions. These findings may pave the way for innovative strategies for addressing a range of metabolic diseases and the growing obesity crisis."

So what should you eat?

-Nothing but simple carbs all day, fructose, sucrose, glucose.
This means you can eat as much as you want of:
-Fruits (non-startchy)
-Sodas and Fruit juices.
-Candies as long as they don't contain fats and proteins
- e.g Nerds, mike and ikes, gummy bears, sour gummy bears, jolly ranchers, Hershey's chocolate syrup, skittles, etc etc
-No fats because fat and carbs are obesogenic (randle cycle). You CAN eat Fat and Carbs together if you are eating in an overall caloric deficit. Otherwise just carbs.
-No startch at all.
-You CAN eat and you should eat Gelatin (which is a protein). Gelatin doesn't contain Cysteine or any of the other amino acids so has no effect on ---FGF21. Gelatin contains Glycine which is pro-metabollic (boosts thyroid). So gummybearmaxx.
-LOTS AND LOTS OF CAFFEINE. (Caffeine will boost your metabolism even beyond FGF21 and sugar).

Note: If you are Obese you should eat in a calorie deficit so the copious amounts of sugar you are eating don't negatively impact your Insulin sensitivity. I doubt you can eat more than 2000 calories of fruit juices and candy anyways. If you do this you can expect to lose at least 5 pounds a week.

And don't stress.

tldr: no protein, no fat, eat as much soda and candy as u like, don't stress.
just take dnp theory mogs:feelshah:

Horrible advice, Just eat natural

This thread seems to be about simply losing weight, no matter what. If you want to do that, it would be healthier to starvemax while working out and spiking your insulin once a day(you should transition from a ketogenic diet so you don't lose that much muscle). You would also get leaner faster.

right thats why its unhealthy but its quick as fuck

keto is good for healthmaxxing and shit but not for losing weight as quick as possible (which is unhealthy ofc but that was the sole reason of this thread)

I meant going keto and entering ketosis, then starvemaxxing.
I said transition "from keto" not "to keto" if you misread that

Maybe cycle 3 days starving and 3 days eating OMAD
Now that I think about it, I think I might be one of the only people here who can fast for >36 hours without feeling hunger, and 99% of this forum will need a GLP-1 agonist or something to make this viable.

i get dizzy and hypoglycemic very quickly, 1 day of starving and i could possibly faint, i know that cause it happened to me twice already, good for u tho

Are you sure that is hypoglycemia and not electrolyte imbalance? Heart palpitations are caused by electrolyte imbalances. Happens to me when I eat 3 times a day for a few weeks then randomly decide to go OMAD at once. I slowly adapted to this state but cooked my metabolism in the process.

Take reta, 500 kcal deficit, weight training and protein, lean in no time.

Yeah chadisbeingmade/chadbeingmade made a BOTB thread on this subject(leanmaxxing)

its definetly hypoglycemia, cause i also get shaky and restless, look more pale in the face and so on. i used to do omad where i also had orange juice and other fruits so i dont think its cause of an electrolyte imbalance.

I take my statement back. You will get nutrient deficiencies and a messed up thyroid n'stuff. You should never starvemaxx for more than 5 days straight.
