Does invisalign with mandibular advancement work(URGENT HELP)

I am 17, I consider myself pretty well off looks wise but my overbite makes me look like shit when I'm talking and eating, I went to an orthodontist recently and she reccomended invisalign with mandibular advancement for 6 months up to 1 year max, It's supposed to bring my lower jaw forward with these precision wings basically forcing it in a jutting position over time kinda like the twin block appliance i guess. What do you guys think will it work or will i need to get bsso and genio. Im still planning on getting genio in the future as it is a pretty minor surgery
